NoviClaim Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. What NoviClaim does

NoviClaim processes carrier loss run documents you upload and returns a structured claims history summary. Summaries are generated using AI and may contain errors.

2. Accuracy disclaimer

AI-generated summaries may misread, omit, or misinterpret information from source documents. You are responsible for verifying any summary against the original document before relying on it for underwriting, submission, or any other business purpose. NoviClaim is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional review.

3. Your representation regarding uploaded documents

By uploading a document, you represent that you have the right to upload and share it with NoviClaim, and that doing so does not violate any confidentiality obligation, client agreement, or applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization from your client or the document's owner before uploading it.

4. Data retention and use

• Uploaded documents and extracted data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service to you, and separately, for up to 3 months for the limited purpose described below.
• NoviClaim may use uploaded documents to improve the accuracy of its document-processing features, for example, identifying and fixing cases where extraction fails or produces incorrect results. This is the only additional purpose documents are used for.
• NoviClaim does not sell, rent, or share your documents or extracted data with third parties, except service providers necessary to operate the product (cloud hosting, the AI provider used for extraction), who are contractually bound to use it only to provide that service.
• After 3 months, documents retained for this purpose are deleted or fully de-identified.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated documents at any time by contacting support.

5. Account and billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Limitation of liability

NoviClaim is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoviClaim is not liable for business decisions made based on summaries generated by the product, including but not limited to underwriting, submission, or pricing decisions.

7. Changes to this agreement

NoviClaim may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
